Super Chix Expands to Fort Worth
Fast-casual fried chicken restaurant Super Chix has announced that it will open its first Fort Worth location at 1217 8th Avenue. The new restaurant in Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood is the fifth for Super Chix, which currently operates outposts in Dallas, Plano, Richardson and Frisco. The Fort Worth restaurant is expected to open in February.

“Chains don’t have to be uncool,” says Nick Ouimet. He eats at chain restaurants a lot. Of course he does: He’s dad to two little kids and the founder of four local Super Chix restaurants, the most recent of which opened in December near Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.
